We collect cognitive assessment data generated during your usage (e.g., PVT, Stroop, and Tremor tests). This data is collected locally on your device and used solely to calculate your neural scores.
Your data is used to generate personalized cognitive performance reports, establish your personal baseline, and provide neuroscience-based intervention recommendations. When you choose to subscribe to premium features, the payment process is handled by the Apple App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your credit card or payment credential information. Your subscription status is managed by Apple ID.
If you choose to participate, we will collect de-identified (anonymized) cognitive performance metrics and contribute them to open scientific research datasets. We employ strict anonymization processes to ensure that data cannot be traced back to individuals.
Data is stored locally on your secure device. If research contribution is enabled, data is uploaded to our research server via encrypted channels.
We request access to HealthKit HRV data to analyze your physiological recovery. This permission is used exclusively for local health metrics analysis and will not be shared or used for advertising purposes.
You can delete all your local data at any time via the App Settings, or opt-out of scientific research data contributions. For subscription services, you can view, manage, or cancel your renewal at any time via the iOS 'Settings' - 'Apple ID' - 'Subscriptions' menu. Cancellation will not affect your access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
NeuroMetric is a cognitive assessment and research tool, not a medical device. It should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease (including Alzheimer's). All data is for reference and scientific research purposes only.
